2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of underwater leisure activities offered by Eden Blue Caledonia (introductory dives, snorkeling, excursions, night dives, ANMP training, etc.), scheduled for specific dates and times.

3. Prices & Currency
Prices are indicated in XPF (Pacific Franc).
Prices displayed in euros (€) are indicative only (non-contractual conversion).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking; it may be modified for unconfirmed bookings.

4. Booking
Bookings can be made online or via the contact methods listed above.
Certain activities may be subject to access conditions (age, level, medical certificate, weather conditions, minimum number of participants, etc.).

5. Deposit & Balance
A fixed deposit is required at the time of booking (amount indicated on the activity page).
The balance is payable on site on the day of the activity, using the accepted payment methods.
A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

6. Payments
Deposit: mainly by bank transfer (details provided after booking).
Balance: payable on site.
Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Cancellation, Delay & No-show (customer)
No refund will be issued in case of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the reason.
In case of no-show (absence on the day) or delay preventing participation, the deposit is retained and the service is considered lost.
A rescheduling request may be considered depending on availability; without prior agreement, a no-refund policy applies.

8. Cancellation / Rescheduling (organizer)
For safety reasons, adverse weather, technical issues, insufficient participants, or any legitimate reason, Eden Blue Caledonia may cancel or reschedule:
Rescheduling at no extra cost to a later date
Failing that, a credit note (valid for 12 months)
As a last resort, a refund of the deposit paid
No additional compensation will be granted.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Services scheduled for a specific date are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

10. Medical Conditions & Safety
Customers must be in suitable health condition for the activity; a medical certificate may be required.
Any contraindication (pregnancy, ENT issues, uncontrolled asthma, medical treatments, etc.) must be reported.
Safety instructions provided by the team (briefing, depth, time, equipment use, respect of fauna/flora) must be strictly followed.
Failure to comply may result in exclusion without refund.

11. Minors
Minors must have parental authorization and, depending on age and activity, be accompanied by an adult.

12. Equipment – Damage & Loss
Loaned or rented equipment must be used in accordance with instructions.
In case of damage, loss, or theft attributable to the customer, compensation may be charged (price list available on request).

13. Liability
Eden Blue Caledonia undertakes to implement all necessary measures to ensure safety and proper execution of services.
The organizer cannot be held liable in case of customer misconduct or failure to follow instructions.

14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to a force majeure event preventing the service.

15. Personal Data
Collected data (identity, contact details, safety-related information) are used for booking management, safety, and customer follow-up.

16. Intellectual Property & Image Rights
Website content and materials remain the property of Eden Blue Caledonia or its partners.
Photos/videos may be taken during activities; you may refuse their use by informing us beforehand.

17. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in New Caledonia.
Competent court: Nouméa, 98800.

18. Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of publication and may be updated at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the time of booking.
